IJeffrey Allen, MACP will guide us into a brief introduction to soul-centered dreamwork and its intersection with meditation. This dreamwork, unlike most Western contemporary dream work, does not attempt to interpret or harvest the dream for the use of ego in the waking world. Instead, we will practice various ways of opening up to dreamtime to allow the dream world to do its mysterious work on us.
