Monday Night Dharma

Monday Night Dharma is our monthly opportunity to practice, learn, and explore together as a community.

Each gathering includes a guided meditation, a dharma talk, and time for discussion and reflection. Every month offers a different theme, but the intention is always the same: to support personal and collective liberation through practice, inquiry, and community.

Our teachings draw primarily from Buddhist traditions, especially Vajrayana and Theravada, while remaining open to a range of contemplative perspectives and ways of knowing. You don't need to identify as Buddhist, or have any prior meditation experience, to participate.

Some evenings may be practical and grounded, focused on working with stress, relationships, or difficult emotions. Others may explore deeper questions about awareness, compassion, freedom, interdependence, or the nature of mind. Wherever the conversation goes, we try to stay connected to lived experience rather than abstract philosophy.

There is no expectation that you speak during the discussion. Some people come primarily to listen and practice, while others enjoy asking questions and sharing reflections. Both are welcome.

Whether you're brand new to meditation or have been practicing for years, we'd be happy to have you join us.
