Weekly Meditation

Our Friday morning sit is a simple way to begin the day in practice and community.

We usually start with a brief check-in, followed by a short reflection or meditation instructions from Zac. We then sit together for about 20-30 minutes before closing with a few minutes of reflection.

The emphasis is on simplicity. There is nothing to achieve and no special meditation experience you need to have. We practice coming back to the present moment, again and again, with awareness, curiosity, and kindness.

Some mornings, the practice may focus on the breath, the body, loving-kindness, awareness, or other contemplative themes. The format stays simple, but the invitation is always the same: to pause, settle, and reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.

Afterward, many people stay for a few minutes to chat, catch up, or connect with others in the community before heading into the rest of their day.
